Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your desired payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us immediately.

Damaged / Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and promotional bundles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
